This is an old, but awesome, trick. Cover your bulletin boards with fabric or oilcloth instead of butcher paper. The fabric fades less, is easier to hang, and less likely to tear. Choose simple fabrics, and use them as your background all year and just change the information displays. I go for wild fabrics b/c my in-class displays are year-long.
